Sign in as the account you're moving out of. Unshared projects are only readable by whoever is signed in as that account, so this only works for accounts you can log into.
Scratchers control this from their About Me. backup:off means nobody else may
re-upload their games; backup:(ana, bo) means only those accounts may.
scratchup looks up who made each game in the pack and locks the ones you aren't cleared for.

scratchsessionsid, and copy the value (drop the surrounding quotes).
This never sends your password anywhere.
Your password goes to your own worker, which forwards it to Scratch's login endpoint and keeps nothing. Scratch sometimes blocks logins coming from datacenter IPs — if that happens, use a session ID.
Nothing queued.
Only upload projects you made or have permission to re-post, and credit the original author in the notes if a game isn't yours.
